Advanced Rowing Training

Training an athlete with advanced skills

We analyse every part of the stroke in detail and then give the athlete technical advice to improve performance. Technical exercises to develop the required changes are also included in the assessment.

We also offer an ongoing water assessment programme focusing on reducing errors and naturally strengthening performance. We can follow up with a specific land training program to compliment the required changes which again will further develop the performance of the oarsman/woman.
