Intermediate Rowing Training

With intermediate training, we ask the athlete if there is a specific part of the stroke they would like to work on. We will assess and prioritise the areas that need correcting most in your stroke. Also, we recommend some S&C work to strengthen your body for taking your rowing to the next level.

Equiry about training

Learn from Pro Rowing
With decades of experience at Pro Rowing, we can offer a full training package to suit your life schedule, from early in the morning, or late in the evening in the Summer Months to Gym training when it is not possible to train on the open Loch Lomond waters or at night in the winter months. At Pro Rowing we will fit into your lifestyle.
45 Years Of Rowing
Pro Rowing has years of experience in competitions worldwide and training all levels of rowers. Our simple message is that rowing is a great way to get fit, but the buzz you receive from learning an Olympic Sport is second to none from the British record holder for multiple years, Jim Paton, on the banks of Loch Lomond near Balloch, Alexandria.
All Training Levels
At Pro Rowing, we believe everyone should be given the chance to learn rowing. So we offer four levels of training: First-time, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Whether you want to learn the sport, get fit, or compete at the highest level, Pro Rowing is available for you and learning on the world famous Loch Lomond an extra bonus.
